Inger was the only sole brave enough to show for Aaron's First official workout
her time of 17:24 was very impressive. It was great to have her challenge herself with the 50 Lb thrusters as well

Thanks for the workout, Aaron. I love the way each trainer brings part of their personality to the workouts! This was a tough one, and really challenged me - but it didn't push me TOO far - it was great! The variety of workouts provided by all of our trainers keeps me coming back for more punishment. . uh, workouts! Thanks all of you. Inger
