We had fun with Kettle bells today. This workout should take no more than around 25 minutes. Pick a KB that will work but challenge yourself. We also talked more about diet today. It is really not as crazy as you think. Why not see what happens?

You may already know about itbtu, last night was our first time there. We found a paelo restaurant or at least one that lends itself very easily to being paleo. B D's MOngolian Grill DOwn town at the end of the 16th street mall. All you can eat 14.99 per person.
