  1. Good stuff, strong work. Same comments as above. Crossfit offers SME rowing certifications that will make a huge difference for you. C2 also offers non CF specific rowing instructional training. You are moving very well, a couple and tweeks and you could seriously threaten sub 6:30. Not a for profit plug, just an observation that some in person coaching will probably yield a very high rate of return. Cheers, Bruce

  2. Aaron, in this video I see that you could use more forward lean at the catch and the chain whip is coming from having to raise the hands over your knees on the recovery. If you watch it again really watch the hands in reference to the knees. – Greg / C2
